Patent 101 encompasses the foundational steps of converting leads into satisfied customers. It
starts with prospecting and generating leads, followed by qualifying and assessing their
needs. Sales representatives then present tailored solutions, address objections, and close
deals by negotiating terms and finalizing contracts. Post-sale, maintaining positive customer
relationships and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling is essential. Effective
communication and adaptability throughout these stages are key to successful sales cycles
and long-term customer retention.
